Our Mission, Vision, and Purpose!
The Founder
Carrington Allen is the passionate founder of From Girlfriends To God’s Friends (FGTG or Godsfriends), a dynamic faith-based organization empowering young women to deepen their relationship with God, embrace authentic sisterhood, and discover their God-given purpose. She is also the visionary behind The AIM Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to homelessness and community rehabilitation, committed to restoring dignity, hope, and sustainable transformation in the lives of those most in need.
In addition, Carrington serves as a minister in Kansas City, preaching, teaching, evangelizing, and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. She specializes in revitalizing ministries and God birthed businesses, bringing structure, order, strategy, and honor to those across the metro area.
As a faith-driven, God-fearing leader, Carrington is known for her deep compassion, unwavering integrity, visionary mindset, and relentless commitment to service. She approaches every mission with prayerful discernment, a heart for justice, and a passion to see individuals and communities transformed by purpose, creativity, and the love of God.

What We'll Do
We create intimate spaces and moments of opportunity that allow young women to be curious and learn about Jesus, to develop and grow their identity in life as well as, their identity in Christ, and to simply be surrounded by community that are on the same journey.
Why We Do It
Besides wanting to create a space for learning, for love, for growing, and for sisterhood without the weight of the world imposing guilt and shame, we want women to get to experience Christ as his friend, devoted follower, and daughter whose been forgiven of every sin.
Who We Do It For
Young adults and teens (college students and high school students) who are in the process of developing their life, their character, and their faith.
